Publications for your workforce can have many benefits. They are good for morale, and benefits or working practices can be highlighted within the magazine. Staff can be encouraged to contribute, and feel a sense of empowerment too.

Case study: Our People

In 2009, CMYK won the public tender to produce the Scottish Prison Service bi-annual staff magazine, Our People.

With 4,500 employees, Our People is a crucial communication device for the SPS. Our dedicated editor works from supplied leads, however, we regularly visit SPS establishments and generate our own human interest stories. The standard of photography has increased since our involvement, despite budget constraints.

We also manage the print and secure delivery of the magazine.
